We are trying to provide a relaxing and inviting atmosphere for all of our clients. Please keep cell phone use and loud conversations to a minimum.

At Voka Deka, we pride ourselves on staying organized and perfectly scheduled. We never want our clients or staff to have to wait for any of the amazing beauty procedures we provide. That is why we have our Voka Deka Etiquette. By following our few simple requests, we can provide you with the best in beauty, relaxation and unparalleled pampering with punctuality and courtesy.

Arriving Early
We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will give you time to check in, relax, unwind and schedule your next appointment, if you so please. Upon your early arrival, you’ll be greeted with yummy treats and magazines, so don’t worry about being bored. Our spa sanctuary is made for your comfort and relaxation.
Arriving Late
We understand that life can get busy so it is always helpful to call in to let us know if you will be running late. We will try to accommodate you as best as possible, as always. But in the case of an extremely late arrival, your service may be altered to fit the remaining time. To avoid delaying the next client, your treatment time will end at the specified time regardless of how late you arrive. Most often, this will result in a shortened or expedited service. Many of our services can be completed in a prompt manner, if necessary. Otherwise, you can choose to reschedule your entire appointment after paying the cancellation fee. We want to keep everything running smoothly and give every on-time client their promised pamper time.
The treatments you have selected are uniquely reserved for you! To ensure the best Voka Deka experience for our customers and staff, we REQUIRE NOTIFICATION if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment WITHIN 24 HOURS of your intended appointment day. All unattended appointments detract from the work schedules of our beloved staff and diminish from our availability for other clients.
In the case that notification is not provided within 24 hours or more of your appointment:
A cancellation fee of 50% charge of your missed appointment if less than 24 hours notice is given. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service price.
We will provide confirmation e-mails to all clients two days before your appointment, and a call or text message one day prior to your appointment, to discourage late cancellations and no-show appointments.

Our online booking system will automatically block online booking options for any clients with a late cancellation or no-show fees on their file. It will then require credit card information to book further appointments. This card will also be used to charge any future late cancellation or no show fees.

In such cases, you may either pay your cancellation fee and continue to reserve your appointments OR you are welcome back as a drop-in client without a scheduled appointment at any time.
